There are many CPA networks that a new blogger can join and I have tried many of them, but from experience these are the two that I recommend. In most cases you will only need to use one CPA network to meet your needs and to also prevent the clutter of doing too many things and not getting much done. Adworkmedia is quite easy to join and to get accepted to. They have a variety of offers for you to select from, ranging from pin submits, to freebies and email submits. They, however, have a bit of a more advanced locker setup that allows you to make use of advanced features such as custom html in their lockers. Their custom html is more powerful and intuitive. 

They have email submit, and pin submits, primarily and these have very good payout compared to most networks. You sometimes think that money cannot be made online, but when you you see that people are making money online you start question your own thoughts, which is a good thing.
